Cancellation Policy

  • Domain Name Registration Services: Once purchased, domain names cannot be canceled until the term expires. Domains are regulated globally by the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN), and we do not have control over their cancellation.

  • Service Renewals: Cancellation requests for ongoing services such as website promotion, hosting, or domain registration must be made at least 10 business days before the current service period ends. Late requests will be applied to the next billing cycle.

  • Promotional Offers: Services purchased under discounted or promotional offers are non-refundable. These are limited-time deals and cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

  • Account Termination: Monitech Service reserves the right to terminate any account without prior notice or refund.

  • Website Designing & Development: Payments made for website design or development projects cannot be refunded. A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required before canceling any project.

Refund Policy

At Monitech Service, we are committed to delivering high-quality services. However, refunds will only be provided under specific conditions:

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 10 working days and issued as either account credits or a direct bank transfer.

  • Payment Method: Refunds for credit card payments will be credited back to the original card used. Payments made via our payment gateway will be refunded to the same bank account.

  • Non-Refundable Services: Domain registration, transfers, and related services are strictly non-refundable. Once purchased, a domain name remains active until its term expires.

  • Eligibility: Refunds are only applicable for first-time customers. Accounts that have been canceled and reactivated or multiple accounts under the same user are not eligible for refunds.

  • Exclusions: Refunds will not be provided for:

    • Dedicated servers

    • Administrative fees

    • Custom software installation fees

    • Domain name purchases

  • Pro-Rated Refunds: For shared and reseller hosting accounts, refunds requested after the initial 30 days will be prorated based on the unused time.

  • Tax Refunds: Taxes paid cannot be refunded as they are submitted to the government on a monthly basis. Clients can inquire with local tax authorities for reimbursement options.

  • Project Initiation: Once our team has started work on any project, website, or software development, no refunds will be issued.

  • Quotation Period: Refunds are not available after 7 days from the date of the provided quotation.
